Valérie Brunel has been a change agent and researcher in social sciences and humanities for 25 years. She facilitates the transformation of human systems towards greater meaning, sustainability, efficiency and global well-being.
In the face of the ecological crisis, the focus of her work has shifted to the issues of strong sustainability and the socio-ecological reorientation of organisations.
Her work combines and links internal ecology, external ecology and the embarkation of ecosystems.
She builds ecological redirection pathways for leaders and their organisations. She was responsible for the programme of the Business for Climate Convention.
She founded the firm ‘Kairos Accompagnement & Recherche’ in 2004.
A graduate of ESCP, she is also a doctor in clinical sociology, psychosociologist, coach, systemic speaker, trainer, and Internal Family System psychopractor.
