Philippe Krenzer is an expert in change strategy with 20 years of experience as a manager of prestigious hotels, such as The Oberoi (Bali), Claridge’s (London), The Savoy (London), and as CEO of Hôtel de Crillon (Paris). He is an Affiliate Professor and Educational Director in an Executive Program at HEC Paris. In 2005, he launched his first consultancy, Philippe Krenzer and Associates, specialised in Strategic Design and Executive Team Development for leading hotels. In 2015 Philippe joined Stuart Forbes and Pascale Douillard to create Hotel Design Studio, offering the world’s most advanced guest-experience design solutions. In recent years Philippe has worked on sustainable tourism projects in Rwanda, Mozambique, Congo, Kenya and India.
He is founder and Senior Partner at Five Seeds, a boutique hospitality and sustainable tourism consultancy based in Paris.
